Your delivery will be made by courier or carrier depending on weight and volume. You will receive a message from our team when your order is ready to leave with the carrier's details.

We deliver worldwide. In some countries, we have partners with whom you can contact and obtain our products quickly. Find an RD Coatings distributor.
To get a quote for delivery, send us your product selection in the form of a quote request. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivery times
Normal delivery time in Belgium is between 2 and 5 working days. Outside Belgium, the delivery time will be communicated to you at the same time as the offer.
In the event of longer delivery times, our sales department will contact you to let you know.
Customer pick-up at factory or Erpent's store
If you wish, you can also collect the goods yourself from our factory warehouse in Erpent or directly from the factory, depending on the products and quantities ordered.
Tick the customer collection box when placing your order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
Return policy
Right of withdrawal (for private customers only): you can return your products within the legal 14-day period after delivery. Your order will be refunded in full. Shipping costs remain at your charge. Please note that products tinted to order (paint or tinted products), incomplete, damaged or used can be neither returned nor exchanged, in accordance with current regulations.
